Very simple as a matter of fact. There are over 1000 free WP themes to pick from so yeah you just start with a free theme is close to what you want and then customize it with you own graphics and layout by modifying the theme's style.css file. all themes have a style.css file. here is where you will find a directory of free WP themes > http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ You can also get some custom paid themes. I professionally cutomize Wordpress themes, create original website graphics, do dark magic coding ;) and design custom Flash movies for a living so if you want i can do it for you for a very reasonable price. If you want to take this on yourself it will be time consuming, but it is not rocket science so just start out by picking a free theme and then step by step you can find all the answers you need by Googling them.
