How do I put a wordpress blog onto someones domain?

How do I design a Word Press blog and have it show up on a clients domain name?

i.e.
www.clientswebsite.com contains wordpress blog?

I’m a amateur graphic/web designer

You can’t unless you have access to the server. If you are installing Wordpress for a client and they have given you the log in info to the Control Panel, just look for WordPress in the Control Panel. Most good hosting services already provide WordPress ready to be installed with the Control Panel’s Installer.

You must buy a web hosting plan supporting wordpress. Then install wordpress in your web hosting account to get your blog online at your purchsed domain name.
