Ok, i wanted to design a worpress blog in dreamweaver and then upload to wordpress. i know that i need to know how to type script in XML to create that… But is there anyway that i design the layout in photoshop and apply in HTML and then convert to XML>? is there anyway to do that?

It's actually PHP. For the most part, it's not really that difficult, if you have a good understanding of css. You just design the layout and plot your module positions, then drop the php code in your div tags.
