I need Help? I need to know how to design my own wordpress theme?

Author: I have searched youtube and everywhere. I just downloaded Gimp a couple days ago but I really don’t have enough time to learn everything that’s on it. I need someone who can design me a celebrity inspired theme for free. Just someone who enjoys doing these types of projects anyway. Please feel free to email me if you wouldn’t mind doing this. I would like my website to be up by next week. Thanks a lot
PS. I did manage to make a header for my site but now I can’t get it to upload to the site.

Developing a custom wordpress theme is much more than using GIMP. To develop a custom theme you need to know the basics of php, and advanced knowledge of CSS, and HTML.
Look at wordpress.org for all of the details on developing a theme, as well as w3schools.com for learning HTML and CSS.
also, this is just my opinion so take it for what it is worth, but for the amount of effort that goes in to creating a custom design, or a custom theme for someone, how can you expect anyone who somewhat knows what they are doing to do it for free? You should have more respect for someone with that kind of knowledge. They have time invested in what they know, and can’t simple drop everything to do it for free. And even if they would be willing to do it for free, don’t give them a deadline…..like next week. That is extremely unreasonable, especially for a free design.
You should find some way to barter with someone if you can’t pay cash. Give them something in return for their help.
