Well, my dear, I would print that picture and show the hairstylist. That is an extreamly hard hairstyle to explain. I'm sorry, but I think you'd have to show them a picture

I would describe it short side bangs with layers or short side bangs with short hair. Sorry if thats not what you wanted.
