You’re probably best turning them down, since you don’t know what a wordpress theme is. Learn the WordPress platform (not hard but there are things you need to know to put a theme together.)

Once you learn it, then you can make the templates/themes for it.

The answer is really simple , wordpress is a open source blog application , http://wordpress.org is their website. wordpress template is the visual look of it , you can make the visual look in photoshop but you’ll need to know a little CSS and PHP and HTML basics to turn it into a wordpress compatible theme. you can download almost up to thousands of free templates(theme) here http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ in their website , they’re very professional and they’re free , if you like a little more help and you’d like to understand the whole deal , see this website http://net.tutsplus.com/ , there’s lots of wordpress tutorials in it , just search wordpress in it , and http://smashingmagazine.com , this one is great too , just search wordpress in it and you’ll find lots of great things
